Prerequisite: LIS 5033 and LIS 5043 and LIS 5343, or permission of instructor. Introduction to the principles and practices of collecting, servicing, and arranging archival holdings. Includes elements of appraisal, acquisition, and preservation with significant focus on archival arrangement, description, and administration of institutional archives. (Sp)
