MATH 1643 - Functions and Modeling for Business, Life and Social Sciences
Prerequisite: "C" or better in DMAT 0123 at OU, or satisfactory score on the math assessment. Study of equations and functions (linear, polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic) from various perspectives (symbolic, verbal, numerical, graphical); digital techniques for graphing functions, solving equations, and modeling data using regressions. This course is designed for students in agricultural, business, life/health sciences, or social science majors. A student may not receive credit for this course and 1503. (F, Sp, Su) [I-M]
