Thank you for your interest in The University of Oklahoma, and welcome to our online application for admission.

New Users
In order to submit an application for admission, you must first create an account, which you can do through the First time user account creation link below. Once created, your account may be used to save, edit and submit applications.

With the on-line application for admission, you must pay the admission application fee by credit card through the on-line pay process part of the application form.

Admission Application Fees
Norman campus OU-Tulsa campus OU Outreach
Our main campus in Norman offers hundreds of degree options. Most degree programs are offered through the Norman campus.
  • U.S. citizens/permanent residents - $40
  • International students - $90
Note: No application fee is required for applicants completing the concurrent enrollment request (attending OU while still in high school).
Our campus in Tulsa offers a select number of undergraduate and graduate programs. Students must have at least 50 hours of college level work to apply to OU-Tulsa.
Applicants interested in Nursing or other health-related fields should apply through the OU Health Sciences Center campus, http://ouhsc.edu.
Liberal Studies applicants should choose Liberal Studies for their campus.

OU Outreach is the umbrella for the OU College of Continuing Education and College of Liberal Studies. Liberal Studies and NCPACE are units within OU Outreach and offer programs either online or onsite at locations in Oklahoma and around the world.

If you do not wish to pay the fee in this manner, you may complete a PDF application form that must be mailed to the appropriate admissions office.

Returning Users
If you are a returning user enter your Login ID and PIN and then select Login.

Note for current OU or former OU students: The Login ID and PIN to use for this site are the ones you created when you originally created your online application account, not your OUNet ID and password.

Forgotten your Login ID or PIN? You may request this information by emailing admissions@ou.edu. Include the name under which you applied, the term for which you are applying, and your date of birth. Please be aware this information will be emailed to you and it may take three to five business days for a response.

Attention first-time freshman applicants: Please visit the Common Application to complete your application for admission.
